Welcome to Don’t Get Lost In Heaven. This is here purely for the love of music and those songs. You know what I mean. THOSE songs. The ones that are just there, no matter how hard you try to forget them or just ignore them, they stick in your head and in your life. They are there because they link you to a particular thing intrinsically and unforgettably, or they are there for far more superficial reasons like that fucking awesome riff or the amazing chord change in the middle.
A few of us have too many of these songs. Too many of them will rattle around inside our head, seemingly becoming increasingly more the theme to our lives before becoming completely inexplicably forgotten and replaced by a new song. This blog is here for us to cathartise these songs and make sure their brilliance isn’t just momentary.
You’ll find an odd mixture of the sublime to bizarre. Read our thoughts and see if that song can even come close to being as good to you as it is to us.
